Confinement Monte Alegre has its own Feed Factory with a high standard of quality control of the feed produced. The production system ranges from stock control/consumption forecast, reception, analysis and allocation of raw materials, followed by good processing of the diet, measuring the food supplied and consumed in the batches.

Our factory has a stationary system with two mixers and another one on wheels. A generator guarantees constant activity, with no risk of interruptions. It also has its own laboratory where there is constant supervision of the raw materials used in nutrition, which analyzes batches of the prepared food mixture and points out qualitative indices. Another nutritional differential is the constant monitoring by management software, with the objective of accurate control of consumption, being able to exploit feed conversion to the maximum and optimize the biological efficiency of the animal. All these procedures, together with professional supervision, guarantee high standardization criteria, product selection and, consequently, the quality and efficiency of the results.
